Agua For Autism
Welcome to the Agua For Autism website. By accessing and using this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We ask that you read them carefully before browsing, donating, or contacting us through this page.

Agua For Autism is a non-profit foundation established in Canada, dedicated to supporting foundations that work for vulnerable children and young people and/or those with disabilities in Colombia.

Donations made through this site are processed through an external payment platform. Agua For Autism does not store donors’ complete financial data (such as card numbers); this information is managed directly by the payment provider under its own terms and security measures.
Donations are voluntary and, except in the case of a proven payment processing error, are non-refundable. We will issue the corresponding certificates or receipts in accordance with the regulations applicable to non-profit organizations in Canada.
5. Intellectual Property
The content of this site — texts, images, logos, photographs, and stories of the supported projects — is the property of Agua For Autism or of the partner foundations that have authorized us to publish it, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Its reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is not permitted without prior written authorization.
Photographs and stories of child and youth beneficiaries are published only with the informed consent of their parents or legal guardians, in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.
6. Links to Third-Party Sites
This site may contain links to external pages (for example, social media or payment platforms). Agua For Autism is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party sites, over which we have no control.
7. Accuracy of Information
